Business Perspective v/s Employee Perspective
Companies are successful because of their employees. Without employee I don't think companies can do anything, because certain people are required to run the organization.
There are companies who think business perspective is more important than the employee perspective.
Let's have some quick questions and answers for more understanding.
Q1: If a company is not thinking about their employees, should an employee think of a company?
Ans: No, he shouldn't. Let's understand the reason with an example of an earned bonus. If an employee resigns before receiving his earned bonus, then a company does not care about his hard work and cut off the bonus payment of the employee's monthly salary. In this case, if an employee waits for his bonus payment, then he is not wrong in any way.
Q2: If an employee is resigning after receiving the bonus than a company should call him unethical?

Usually, companies give baseless reasoning for not providing bonuses to the employees who are actually eligible, but will not be the part of a company in the future. Their common statement is "There are other companies which are also not providing bonuses." But their are companies which are offering bonuses, the point is why can't companies cannot do the things favoring their employees? Maybe their positive gesture can stop their employees from resigning or maybe if not then also the positivity will be maintained. That's how the organizational family works I guess.
Employees are the soul of the organization, if they won't get their rights than remember, one day employees will make the organization management realize their importance regardless of their jobs.
